Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase made on this website. If you purchased from one of our distributors please go directly to them. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Our Circle Guides have a life time warrantee. Contact us if your Circle Guide Breaks. Email us a photo with your contact information and we will get back to you. We may ask you to send your item to: 12021 Valleyheart Dr, 105, Studio City CA 91604, United States. So we can better understand how and why it broke.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
